On this page, you will find out the shipping policies of FINEMED. We have put all the info in simple words to help our valuable customers better understand these policies. You are required to read them carefully before you place your order on our store.

Dispatching

We try to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. But sometimes it may take up to 2 business days in case the item is not in stock. We will notify the customer in this regard.
Delivery Charges
The shipping charges are different for each zone and country. For UK, we offer free shipping on all orders. But for other countries, they may vary. Please see our cart page after adding products to your cart to know more about the rates. Note that the zones outside of UK require additional charges for the delivery as they don’t fall within UK. Such zones are called remote zones.
Delivery Method
1 Following the confirmation of your order, we will send you an acknowledgment email. Please note this email is not a confirmation or acceptance of your order.

2 If during processing we discover for any unforeseen reason that we cannot complete your order we will cancel the order and email you explaining why (for instance, a stock shortage, inability to obtain payment, or the identification of a pricing, product or product description fault).

3 Once your order is accepted and the contract concluded when the product ordered is dispatched.

4 We have the right to choose any delivery method depending on your order. We try to compensate our valuable customers to the maximum extent possible and that’s the reason we always utilize economic class delivery methods. Currently we choose Royal Mail for all UK orders and takes only 2 – 4 business days for the parcel to reach your door. We may choose DHL or any other service for international orders.
Delivery Requirements
When you place your order with us, you must be at least 18 years or older. Only then we will process your order and deliver the parcel. Once the parcel reaches your door, you will get it only when you sign it.
Errors in Delivery
It’s possible that sometime you receive defected items due to courier’s fault. When such a thing happens, you are required to contact us within 3 business days so we may sort this problem for you.
